You don't need to feed them for 18 months as we've done it all for you! Our 20 litre pots have an 18 month supply of Osmocote [slow release fertilizer] used in compost.

Planting Instructions:

Plant 90cm apart (3ft). Do not put chemical fertilizer into planting hole (bonemeal o.k.). Top dress in Spring.
